Weight Loss Diet Menu Plan for Pregnant and Nursing Mother
DAY 1
Oal meal (Quacker Oats) + Danoslim Milk + sweetex + 3 slices of wheat bread.
2 kitchen spoons of rice + stew + 40g fish with vegetable salad. In between meal, take 1 medium size banana.
Half medium size of plantain + 2 kitchen spoons of beans. Before going to bed, take a slice of pineapple or a slice of pawpaw.
DAY 2
1 wrap of moimoi or bambara ground but (Okpa) + pap with sweetex.
prepare a leveled milk cup of garri (eba) + vegetable soup + (40g) of beef with all visible tat trimmed off. In between meal, take 2 medium size grape fruits.
DAY 3
2 packs of crackers biscuit + tea with 3 tea spoons of Danoslim milk + Lipton + sweetex.
Yam pottage 2 (slices) 150g with vegetables+ fish. In between meal, take 2 oranges.
DAY 4
3 slices of wheat bread + tea (with Danoslim + Lipton + sweetex)
2 kitchen spoons of jollof rice + (40g) of chicken or Turkey without skin + vegetable salad. In between meal, take 1 medium size of cucumber or 3 medium size garden eggs.
1 wrap of Eko or agidi (corn starch) with vegetable soup + fish or stick fish. Before going to bed, take a slice of water melon.
DAY 5
Quacker oats + Danoslim milk + sweetex
Lunch
Prepare leveled milk cup of Garri (eba) + bitter leaves soup or Ewedu soup + (40g) Goat or beef meat with all visible fat trimmed. In between meal, take fruit salad.
DAY 6
3 slices of wheat bread + tea ( with Danoslim + Lipton + sweetex) + 1 boiled egg
Yam + vegetable stew + snails or (60g) fish (mackerel) in between meal, take 3 medium size carrot.
Boiled plantain or plantain pottage + vegetable + fish. Before going to bed, take slice pineapple or 2 medium size guava.
Day 7
1 wrap of moimoi or bambara ground but (okpa) + pap with sweetex.
Prepare a leveled milk cup of garri (eba) + vegetable soup + mushroom + fish or snail. In between meal, take tangerine or soursop.
