Ingredients required

  • 1 mango fruit
  • 2 medium-sized banana fruit
  • 200 ml almond, Coconut milk or rice
  • 300 grams of pineapple
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons of Baobab powder
  • You can add Ginger or cinnamon if you wish

Preparation

Put all these ingredients in your blender and grind it well. You can now add either your cinnamon or ginger if you just wish to spice it further and you may not add it as it’s not necessary.

Making Ginger Soup with Baobab

 

Ingredients required

  • 1 liter of water
  • About 50 grams of ginger
  • 1 small fresh onion
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons of Baobab fruit powder
  • 1 to 2 handfuls of fresh vegetables
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons of vegetable stock
  • Soup 1 bunch of Greens
  • Need 1 small garlic clove

Preparation

Pour all the ingredients into a saucepan and cook for a reasonable period until the vegetables become edible.

Ingredients required

  • 3 TBSP of cold-pressed olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons of water
  • 2 to 3 TBSP of Baobab superfruit powder
  • 1 small onion
  • Salt and pepper
  • Herbs as needed

Preparation

Pour all the ingredients into a large bowl mix well and season it to your taste with salt and pepper. If you care, even herbs can be added to it. Enjoy!

 

How to make Cassobama porridge for breakfast

 

Ingredients required per 50 grams

  • Sorghum flour
  • Cassava flour
  • Corn flour
  • 100 grams of millet flour
  • 2 to 3 TBSP of Baobab fruit powder
  • Water
  • Sugar, Agave syrup, or honey are optional

Preparation Method

Add all types of flour in a large bowl add 5 cups of water into it and mix very well with a spatula.

Add 2 liters of water to a large pot, set on fire, and boil. Add the mixture to a saucepan and stir very well.

Now, you should cook everything together for about 20 to 25 minutes and add your honey, sugar, or Agave syrup to it.

Serve while it’s hot and enjoy. Also, you can enjoy it even when it’s cold as the porridge even tastes better.
