Chakras are centers of energy in your spinal cord arranged in ascending order from your pelvic floor to the head.
They are 7 and named as the root chakra, Sacral, solar plexus, heart, throat, third eye and the crown chakras. They help in keeping us active every day.
Each chakra has color symbol and the Sanskrit word for it.
The first one which is the Root chakra is also known as Mooladhara Chakra and it’s symbolizes red color.
This one is responsible for intelligence, strength and power, and sexuality.
It also symbolizes financial independence, money, safety and survival issues in emotional practice.
The second one is the Sacral chakra which is also known as Swadhisthana chakra and symbolizes orange color.
This chakra is responsible for the water system in your Body.
Chakras as center of spiritual energy are more explored in ayurvedic teachings, yoga exercise and Buddhists in energy healing and some other forms of therapy.
The third one is the Solar Plexus chakra which is also called ManiPura. It’s symbol is yellow which means fire, energy, vitality etc.
It is responsible for intellectual abilities, will, self-confidence, and self-esteem, and success in endeavors.
The heart chakra is the forth by the order and it can be also called the Anahata Chakra, and it’s represented with the green color.
It is mainly associated with love, compassion, inner peace, and joy.
The fifth chakra is based on a human’s throat (the Vishuddhi chakra) and it symbolizes blue color.
This chakra is associated with truth, self-expression, communication, and perfect patterns.
The sixth chakra by the order is the third eye (also called the Brow or Ajna in Sanskrit language) which symbolizes the purple color and it’s associated with our abilities to understand nature.
This chakra is responsible for strong intuition, imagination, inner wisdom, and determination to think and make right decisions in life.
The seventh of this order is the crown chakra or the Sahasrara chakra. As the name suggests, it is located in the head area and represents violet.
The crown chakra is the center of our consciousness, spirituality, trust, devotion, inspiration, happiness, and positivity.
It helps us connect better with ourselves and the nature or the force higher than us. It helps us to imagine the unimaginable.
These seven chakras within our body are important for the transfer of energy but people do not usually pay attention to them.
It means their chakras do not work as they should because they are not harnessed.
There are different ways to open the chakras again using various movements and sounds for the purpose, but only people who do yoga exercise are able to explore this healing process
It is important to know that colors from those chakras create the human’s aura.
When they work well, you would be more protected from the bad influences.
The aura works as an invisible shield protecting the body from various illnesses, diseases and disorders.
If it does not work properly, you would become more susceptible to different psychological problems.
However, it is recommended to perform meditation and yoga exercise in order to keep your chakras in the best possible condition.
The energy will flow through your body without any problem, and the chakras will manifest normal colors making your aura perfect.
A normal chakra’s work enables a normal flow of the energy through the human’s body which offers various benefits and leads to a healthy life.
